We can assist you in designing & purchasing efficient affordable servers that function very well as basic file and print servers, and models that operate exceptionally well as Mail Servers or Database Servers. We can also add or remove many options to fit your exact requirements should these systems not entirely fit your needs.

We take pride in our ability to support, install, or upgrade a wide range of Operating Systems and Applications Software to create very stable solutions for our clients. Our Software services encompass most  Microsoft software, Linux,  Virus protection,  and various other services such as Exchange Server, Internet, & Web Services and Statistics.

Standard Rates

* ON SITE

Hourly support is $75.00 per hour for general technical support,There is a one hour minimum and service covers all SCHEDULED maintenance, installations, upgrades, or repairs.

* TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Our telephone support carries a minimum charge of $25.00 per incident (up to 30 minutes). After 30 minutes we charge our standard hourly rate of $50/hr during our normal business hours (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday). All calls received outside normal business hours will follow the Emergency Services pricing plan.

Emergency Technical Support/Repair Pricing

* ON SITE

Emergency Technical Support or Repair time is considered to be anything outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period billing rates are $125.00/hour, INCLUDING TRAVEL. Minimum charge of 2 hours.

* TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Our Emergency Telephone Technical Support is considered to be any calls received outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period the rate is $50.00/call. After one hour our rates will be applied at $50.00/30 minutes, in 30 minute increments.
